Yes. We are fully accredited with the National Credit Regulator (NCR), allowing us to offer loans across South Africa. We are fully compliant and active.

We are based in South Africa and provide short-term loans to citizens nationwide through our secure digital platform.

Once approved, we make payment on the same day. Funds typically reflect in your account within 24 hours, depending on your bank.

You will need:

Depending on your affordability and credit rating:

A bad credit score doesn’t automatically disqualify you. We consider other factors like affordability, and if we believe you can repay, we may still approve your application.

No. We do not offer cash payouts. All payments are made via EFT into the bank account you use to receive your salary.

When you apply, you choose your preferred repayment term. Repayments are made via DebiCheck debit order — deducted automatically on your payday.

No. Sincithi Loans will never ask for any upfront payment to release a loan.

If no repayment or arrangement is made, your account may be handed to our legal team and eventually a debt collection agency, which could lead to extra costs and a damaged credit record. Always communicate with us — we’re here to help and can adjust your repayment plan.

Life happens. If you’re unable to pay, talk to us as soon as possible. We may be able to adjust your plan or provide a temporary solution. We can only help if you communicate early.
